  • Collects data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Complains reports of data results to be presenting to senior management.
  • Evaluates jobs and reviews both existing and new positions and communicates the results of this to senior management.
