Recruitment and Selection

  • Manages the manpower planning process.
  • Consults on market salary and benefit for targeted positions.
  • Manages recruitment process: Coordinates and communicates with departments concerning their staff needs and plans, Supervise CVs screening process, manages and conducts interviews with candidates, and coordinates the approval process for employment requests.
  • Generates the monthly recruitment reports.

Employee onboarding and personnel administration:

  • Conducts HR and technical orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Manages Hiring documents.
  • Issues employees contracts and renewal.
  • Follows up recording Employees Vacation, Sick leave and Maternity leave
  • Represents the company in Social insurance and Labor offices and handles any claims against the company.
  • Provides guidance for any personnel procedures and policies or social insurance and income law implementation.
  • Generates all requested personnel reports.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Develops, plans, and coordinates salaries packages, benefits programs and activities, and ensures all employees are satisfied with their benefits.
  • Manages Health Insurance service for all employees.

Training and Development

  • Supervises company’s training needs assessment process.
  • Develops annual training plans.
  • Communicates and liaises with external training providers.
  • Prepares & administrates training budget.
  • Administrate s& follows up the implementation of annual training plans.

Payroll

  • Maintains insurance plans for employees
  • Prepares reports for quarterly, yearly and weekly reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wages
  • Calculates payroll liabilities by determining employee taxes, and calculating employer’s payments for social insurance, employee’s compensation
  • Ensures that payroll goes out in timely manner
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies and answers any employee payroll queries
  • Maintains all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
